What Should You Do If You Can Only Make a Partial Payment?

If you can only make a partial payment to your lender, and it's a traditional bank or a well-known brand, you should expect that they should work with you.

If you're persistent, and proactive, and you look at your contract to find the specific point of contact that you need to work with, you can expect that they'll let you make a partial payment for a month or so. Or potentially forbear a payment.
