Bankruptcy and Specialization

In the event a client of the Firm opts for bankruptcy as a means of relief, we will then be considered a "debt relief firm" and we would help clients file for bankruptcy under the United States Bankruptcy Code.

Personal and Non-Personal Information We May Collect

Information about our users may be collected in three ways: directly from the user, from our logs and through cookies. The information may be used to provide you with a personalized experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. 

Direct user information: Information that you provide to us through a contact form, email, telephone or online chat will be used so that we may respond to your inquiry.  If you fill out a contact form or participate in an online chat, we will ask you to provide some personal information (such as e-mail address, name, address and phone number).

Logs: When you visit our website or interact with us electronically, we may collect data about that interaction and store that information in logs.  Examples of the information we may collect include: your unique Internet protocol address; the name of your unique Internet service provider; the town/city, county/state and country from which you access our website; the kind of browser or computer you use; the number of links you click within the site; the date and time of your visit; the web page from which you arrived to our site; the pages you viewed on the site; the time on each page and certain searches/queries that you conducted prior to landing on our website. The information we collect in logs helps us administer the site, analyze its usage, serve our clients and improve the user's experience.

Tracking Technology

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for record-keeping purposes. A cookie does not identify you personally or contain any other information about you but it does identify your computer. We may use a combination of “persistent cookies” (cookies that remain on your hard drive for an extended period of time) and “session ID cookies” (cookies that expire when you close your browser) on the Platform to, for example, track overall site usage, and track and report on your use and interaction with ad impressions and ad services. Web beacons can recognize certain types of information, such as cookie numbers, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page where the web beacon is placed. No personally identifiable information about you is shared with third parties through the use of web beacons. We may use Web beacons internally to count users and recognize users through cookies. Access to cookies helps us personalize your experience when you visit our site. We may also include web beacons in HTML-formatted email messages that we send. Including web beacons in email messages helps us determine your interest in and the effectiveness of such emails.

Data Sharing
